Xingtai Hengtuo Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. is a precision bearing manufacturer located in No. 118 Qiyuan Industrial Science & Innovation Park, Chengyang District, Qingdao, Shandong, China, focused on high-end import-substituting products with precision classes P0, P6 and P5. Our bearings serve wind power, metallurgy, automotive, construction machinery, paper making and general machinery.
The company operates a full production chain from forging, turning and heat treatment to grinding and assembly, equipped with precision CNC grinders, superfinishing machines, controlled-atmosphere heat-treatment lines and a constant-temperature grinding and assembly workshop, with an annual capacity of 5 million units and bearing outside diameters up to 2,000 mm.
Our physical & chemical testing centre is fully equipped for chemical analysis, hardness, metallography, roundness and surface roughness measurement, and the company is certified to ISO 9001:2015. With nearly 20 years of experience in precision bearing R&D and manufacturing, we have built an outstanding position in custom and non-standard bearing solutions.
Main products include spherical roller, cylindrical roller, tapered roller, thrust, deep groove ball, angular contact ball, self-aligning ball, insert bearings & housings and backing bearings, supplied to GB/T 307, ISO 492 and related standards, with non-standard development on request.
