Standard models in stock can be ordered in small batches; custom non-standard bearings start from 50 pieces per size, and large bearings can be made as a single unit. Final quantities depend on the type and process assessment.
Yes. We work from drawings or samples, and can also design from duty parameters (load, speed, temperature, media), with custom clearance, roller profiling, special seals and material options.
7–15 days for standard models from stock; 25–45 days for custom bearings depending on heat treatment and trial cycles. Urgent orders can be scheduled specially — please confirm in the contract.
Material certificates, hardness and metallography reports, and dimensional precision reports; precision products are delivered with full P5/P4-class measurement data, and third-party inspection (SGS, BV) is welcome.
