On 15 October the Phase-II precision grinding workshop of Xingtai Hengtuo Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. was officially commissioned. The new workshop represents an investment of roughly 68 million CNY and adds 24 precision CNC grinders, 12 superfinishing machines and automated logistics lines for grinding and raceway superfinishing of large spherical and cylindrical roller bearings. A constant-temperature environment of 20±1℃ supports micron-level accuracy; online measurement enables real-time size monitoring and automatic compensation, stabilising output at class P6 with selected products at P5 and raceway roughness below Ra 0.2 μm. Monthly grinding capacity rises by about 60%, shortening lead times for wind-power, metallurgical and construction-machinery customers.
