On 26–27 September a third-party audit team carried out the annual ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit covering design, purchasing, production, inspection, delivery and after-sales processes. Auditors sampled forging, turning, heat treatment, grinding and assembly workshops plus the physical & chemical testing centre, and confirmed the quality management system remains effectively in operation, recommending continued registration. Two minor improvement suggestions are being closed out under a corrective-action plan tracked in monthly quality meetings. The company will further digitalise quality data and deepen SPC process control in support of volume supply of class P5 and above.
