On 18 June Hengtuo's digital workshop project passed expert final acceptance. Covering forging, turning, grinding and assembly workshops over eight months, the project added more than 180 machine data-acquisition terminals, electronic shop-floor dashboards and a QR-code traceability system that tracks every ring from raw-material batch to shipment. Scheduling efficiency improved by about 40%, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) rose by 12 percentage points, and quality-issue response time fell from 48 to under 8 hours. Energy management and predictive maintenance modules are planned next.
